Amber Benson bio
Amber Benson (born April 14 70 years ago) is a famous American singer, actress as well as a writer and director. Her most recognizable part is that of Tara Maclay, in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In addition to that she has directed, produced and appeared in her own movies Chance and Lovers Liars & Lunatics. Also, she starred as her bridesmaid in the Kiss the Bride movie. Benson was born on the 8th of January 1977 in Birmingham Alabama the daughter of Diane and Edward Benson a psychiatrist. Danielle, her sister is an accomplished artist. The father of her is Jewish and her mother raised Southern Baptist Benson grew up at a Reform synagogue located in Alabama. After Buffy was cancelled, Benson was in films such as The Killing Jar and on shows like Morganville The Series. Her talents as a writer were put to use on Ghosts of Albion, and she directed Drones (2010). Buffy, after spending the time and effort in locating them, claims that there are more than 1800 Slayers around the world, including 500 working for the Scooby Gang. Slayers will become Slayers when they reach the age of maturity. Soledad's Slayer ability was made public when she turned sixteen. Ruth Connell will play Rowena in Supernatural Season 10.
